Our Vision & Mission

We want to take the best of the old, tried and tested ideas and re-invent them for modern lifestyle. We want to do this in a way that limits future damage to our world, enhances the living environment and gives fair pay for a fair days work.

At the T77 (Sprout) Community we see and experience something different. Some of the land here and original Thai style wooden houses were retained and not heavily built upon. This beautiful 'old' area, with mature trees and an old thai sty;e cafe has enhanced the modern lifestyle - It has provided an escape from the city for us!

We want to preserve this and indeed enhance it to ensure this green space is valued. Also setting an example to city planners and developers how to think about urban projects in the future.

Sprout Story at T77

Sprout Story is an innovative retail experience that offers amazing locally produced fresh organic food, traditional Thai herbal medicines and craft products. All our products are sourced from small farmers and producers on the basis of a co-operative. This allows suppliers to become part of the business in a fair and sustainable way and provides a way for suppliers to earn a better living whilst you get better quality at a lower price.
